I was just one of the very lucky many to be taught by Len at his school in Dartford, and even more fortunate when I met him through his work with Age UK almost 30 years later. He did not disappoint - he was just as wonderful as I remembered - and even found time in his busy schedule to spare an extra few minutes for a quick dance together. He was truly loved and will be sorely missed. RIP Len. Heaven has gained so much more than a 'Seven!'
